Job Description:

We are seeking a talented TypeScript Developer with exceptional algorithmic problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of data structures. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing clean, efficient code and solving complex computational challenges. You will work on libraries and tools that require sophisticated algorithmic thinking and optimization.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to open-source projects, and work on challenging problems that require innovative algorithmic solutions. You will help build the core infrastructure that powers our blockchain applications and developer tools.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement efficient algorithms and data structures in TypeScript
• Develop and optimize backend libraries and computational tools
• Solve complex algorithmic challenges related to blockchain technology
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented TypeScript code
• Implement performance-critical algorithms with focus on time and space complexity
• Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms and optimization techniques
• Debug and profile code to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks

Required Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals and Software Engineering principles
• Excellent knowledge of algorithms and data structures (trees, graphs, hash tables, dynamic programming, etc.)
• Proficiency in TypeScript with solid understanding of type systems and advanced language features
• Experience with algorithmic problem-solving and computational complexity analysis
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Experience with algorithm optimization and performance analysis
• Familiarity with different javascript runtimes
• Understanding of memory management and performance optimization techniques
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Contributions to open-source projects showcasing algorithmic expertise
• Knowledge of advanced algorithms (network flows, string algorithms, computational geometry)
• Understanding of cryptographic algorithms and blockchain fundamentals
• Experience with functional programming concepts and immutable data structures
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and test-driven development
• Experience with distributed systems and concurrent programming
